2. The Bay 101 Casino in San Jose offer all types of poker games. The staff are also very friendly and professional. They have daily tournaments with entry fees ranging from $120 to $200. They occasionally have special tournaments where the buy in and prizes are higher.

3. The Oak's Card Club is one of the oldest card clubs in the Bay Area. It has 40 poker tables open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tournaments are held Saturday's through to Wednesday's. Tournament buy-ins range from as low as $50 to upwards of $200 on Sunday's. Of all the card houses in the Bay Area, the Oaks Club is the most historic and pleasing to play at.

The Bay Area has hosted events such as Poker After Dark in the past and is becoming a fantastic place to play poker.
